Are Republicans Making A Mistake Backing Trump?

Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) believe that Republicans will “be sorry” later for allowing President Trump to lead them.

Regarding his endorsement, he stated, “Nobody would be asking for a Republican primary, I can tell you that. This is very much — you know, I am not happy about it, but this is the president’s party right now. I think that we’ll be sorry for that in the future, but that’s the case right now.”

The problem is the RINOs, not Trump

  • rottenrollin

    Flake’s a flake indeed.

And proof that Republicans AREN’T being led by Trump.

Wish they would unite behind him, we’d get a LOT more done in America.

  • E 69

I hope the Republican Party will open their eyes and see the TRUTH. There’re many others good republicans who can do a well balancing job; excellent job. Trump is not the man he wants to destroy our system, our constitution and the American name in general. Help Please!!

  • G Man

Only those who continue to resist from within the party will be sorry, Jeffy. You and your cronies are the ones on the outs. At least get that part straight.

Mistake? Trump is the only Repub that gets things done. Flake is a Flake

    Trump:
    -less taxes
-low unemployment especially with blacks and Hispanics…17
    year low overall
    -1.9 million jobs added
    -good economy
-high market… up six trillion dollars
-negotiating with countries for fair trade balances
-attempting to control influx of illegals/terrorists
-has defeated ISIS in many areas
-has greatly diffused NK situation. They were saying theywould burn us to the ground.
etc etc… only president to bring NK to bargaining table.
    -4.`1% GDP growth now 4.6 percent…

What kind of list can Flake put together??

Trump IS NOT a Republican and that is WHY he’s getting things done. The Republican establishment works for the PTB / NWO as doeRs the Democrat party. That is why it didn’t matter who you voted for because they had been prechosen and worked for the PTB/NWO not the people.

      Democrats = BAD!

      Republicans = BAD!”

Trump only “ran” as a Republican. That is what scared the PTB/NWO “[email protected]#t-less”. There went their hard work creating the WW3, destroying America and the American people right down the drain!

        somewhat agree

THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH REPUBLICANS IS THAT THEY SHOULD STOP ELECTING FLAKY AND KORKY PEOPLE WHOS IDEOLOGY AND WIEWS ABSOLUTELY NOT COMPARABLE WITH CONSERVATIVE MOVEMENT , THEY TOTALY DO NOT BELONG TO REPUBLICAN PARTY , NO WONDER THAT FLAKY SENATOR KEEP CLOSE CONTACTS WITH OBAMA , CALLING HIM AND LOOKING FOR HIS ADVICE . IT’S A TOTAL SHAME THAT CLOWNS LIKE THIS GET ELECTED , FOOL ME ONE;S SHAME ON YOU , FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME !!! SOLUTION – SUPPORT PRESIDENT , IF YOU BELIEVE IN STRONG ECONOMY , STRONG DEFENSE AND CONSEQUENTLY IN STRONG AMERICA . IF DEMOCRATIC CLOWNS WITH HELP OF FLAKY AND CORKEY PEOPLE WIN ELECTION WE WILL BE IN DEEP TROUBLE , NOBODY IN NORMAL STATE OF MIND WANTS TO RETURN TO OBAMA DAYS , NOBODY WANTS SOCIALISM – FAILED EVERYWHERE , HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF PEOPLE REJECTED THIS PHONY AND HARMFUL IDEOLOGY , STAND STRONG WITH PRESIDENT .

    • madmemere

Great “play on words” – -LOL!

  • madmemere

Our only “mistake” was in ever electing this Arizona “flake” !

    • metheoldsarge

Flake. Interesting name for a RINO.

    • Big Iron

The people elect him he was “elected” for us by his handlers and had been groomed and protected his whole career so that his murders and treason didn’t come out.

Oops, I thought you were talking about McCain. My bad!

      • madmemere

Totally understand your thought process – -the two names (flake and mc) are rather synonymous!

  • metheoldsarge

Trump’s election exposed Flake’s true liberal colors.

  • Ilene Richman

Flake is the mistake and should leave as soon as possible. The same with Ryan and McConnell, Corker, traitors to the Republican Party. Let the Freedom Caucus, Jim Jordan run the House of Rep. Get rid of McConnell who sold 10 ships to his wife’s Chinese father, so he could ship opium around the world. McConnell=traitor and Ryan=traitorous.

  • metheoldsarge

The way the Republican Party keeps fighting with each other, they are far from becoming a super majority. A conservative Majority in Congress is a joke. The liberals never lost control of Congress.

As much as I hate to say it, Senator Schumer was right on when he said that the Republican Party isn’t organized like the Democrats. How right he is. When a Democrat wins the nomination, the rest of the party put their differences aside and they all give support to the nominee. That support continues if the nominee wins the White House. That hasn’t happened in the Republican Party since Reagan. I was hoping the Republicans would finally unite.

All most of them have done is to join the Democrats to oppose Trump at almost every turn. They work hard. I will give them that. They are working hard to make sure that two of the biggest campaign promises of the 2016 campaign will not be kept. The repeal of Obamacare and securing our border.

The Republican Party needs unite and stop fighting against each other, and focus more on keeping control of the House and Senate and keeping a Republican in the White House. They need to go back to the conservative principals that has served them so well in the past. It is way past time for the Republican party to put their differences aside and get behind and support Trump. If the RINOs get their way that isn’t going to happen. I have more respect for cockroaches.

  • Ken Vannoy

Jeff Flake is a flake just as his name implies.

  • Sheldon Palmer

No-one has a more perfect name than Flake the flake

  • mekatie

Look at who the Flake is standing next to, the clown.

  • Evone

Flake SUCKS! I would never listen to him.

  • GetReal4U2

    What a flake…

  • Ruth Hammons

Ah- so says a man running away and has never added anything successful to anything in his political life…go home and hush!

  • Big Iron

The Republican party almost singlehandedly destroyed America. Trump was NOT a Republican …that’s WHY he won!

The Republican party needs to crawl in a corner and die; the Democrat party is committing suicide. it is time for Both the Dems and Repubs to be replaced with something that is NOT controlled by the New World Order as the Repubs and Dems are. That is why why “We, the People have only had the choice of bad or worse candidates, when an outside power controls which people become the candidates then THEY almost always win. Fortunately, a few times they haven’t. JFK was “supposed” to win (but he revolted and became a President for the American people! Ronald Regan was NOT supposed to “win” but he did and they had to try to kill him to bring him in line. Trump was NOT supposed to win …but he DID and they have been trying to kill him ever since …AND failing. Hopefully, and we have gone from no hope to possible victory for the first time since the Revolution. Obama and Hillary were supposed to usher in WW3., they failed.
The “parties” work for the PTB/NWO not the people; they sold the people out long ago as has Congress.

  • Darrell G. Walton

It’s all in his despicable RINO Party Traitor name! Just another John McCain!

  • jerry1944

  • Big Ed

I think the author is correct, no one is asking for a Republican primary. There is a good reason for that-the House and Senate needs to be run by Republicans if Trump’s agenda is to be fully implemented. I, personally dislike my representative, but could not ask for a replacement due to the fact that the current representative is more likely to be elected than a new person would. I do plan to request a primary opponent immediately after the election, if the current congressman wins. We need lots of Republicans, but they need to be conservative people, not RINOs.
