Ted Cruz is facing accusations from all sides that his campaign purposely misled voters in the Iowa caucus about a rumor that Ben Carson was leaving the presidential race, and among his most feral detractors is Donald Trump:
The State of Iowa should disqualify Ted Cruz from the most recent election on the basis that he cheated- a total fraud!

But did he actually commit election fraud?
Well luckily for you, we have a legal expert available to explain just what Cruz is liable for:
The venerable Judge Napolitano’s ruling is that while the Cruz campaign might have committed a dishonest act, it was NOT an illegal one. Basically, he says, these are the kind of tactics that a campaign is going to need to expect when competing in a tight race the way Cruz and Carson were.
So what do you think? Is he persuasive on this, or should Cruz face some legal consequences for their actions? Let us know what you think in the comments section!!
