An initiative that was meant to educate children in a hate-free environment has for the second time been found to have a convicted sex offender among their members.
Eleanor K. Freed Montrose Library is a public library in Houston, TX. It has controversially hosted “Drag Queen Story Hour,” a questionable practice of having full fledged drag queens in costume read to young children. The library has partnered with the Space City Sisters, a group of drag queens with the Houston Chapter of Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.
But MassResistance Houston investigators have found that a member of the group was incarcerated and listed as a high risk sex offender in 2004 for abusing multiple children.
William Travis Dees goes by numerous names including Elizabeth Anne Davidson, Liz Davidson, Liza Lot and Sister Jeff.
If the thought of a convicted sex offender being asked to great droves of children at the library isn’t enough to cause outrage, note that this is the SECOND such individual to be revealed as a sex offender involved in the program.
It’s as if this Houston library is actively offering these predators a “safe” hunting zone to groom potential victims.
